Sleepless in Seattle

June 19, 2010: Seattle, WA
This past summer we took our first family cruise with Po-Po, Cou-Cou, the Matsunaga family, and San Cou-Cou. We all met up in our departure city of Seattle. Before we boarded the Norwegian Pearl for our 7-day Alaskan cruise, we got to take in some Seattle sights and eats.

This is as good as it gets for a family photo with tired children.
Natalie got the birds eye view at the Public Market.

Elaine wasn't about to miss out on that view!

As we walk along the pier, we came across some interesting art pieces. Peter, Natalie, and Elaine took interest in these giant eyes along with their cousins Alysa and Alex. My mom and uncle are discovering in the background a water fountain that will reveal something surprising...
Father and son re-enacting the fountain's surprises...with clothes.

We made it to "Cou-Cou's restaurant"...who knew Anthony had such connections to get his own valet!

Anthony's had good food, but all of the kids slept through most of the dinner! It'd been a long day of traveling.

On June 20, 2010, we started our journey and boarded the Norwegian Pearl.
